Request deletion without the app
Email support@e-actuell.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject OrbiDrive Account Deletion Request. Tell us you wish to delete your account and associated personal data.
Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents in your initial message. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
What happens to your data
When verified, the account and associated personal data will be deleted, except records required for legal or regulatory compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or necessary equipment safety and traceability. Where operational farm or device records must be retained, personal identifiers will be removed or de-identified where reasonably possible.
This is a request reviewed by the company; this page does not automatically delete an account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Clear this browser’s saved experience data
This clears motion preferences, guided progress and saved city plans from this browser. It does not delete your account or server records.
